Disassembly Yamato for filler #2 placing shaker trays into COP tank.

The employee was carrying two shaker trays; one in each hand. After placing the tray from their right hand into the tank the operator raised their left arm to place the second tray. During this motion the operator lost grip of the tray. Employee was not wearing required PPE.
