Employee was taking a stack of empty large trays to the bun line pack out area as he took the stack of empties he noticed that the top tray was not secure as he tried to fix it it was too late and the tray was coming down hitting his face making a cut on the left side of his lip and a small cut on his left eyebrow he was told if he needed medical attention and he reply that yes he went to the emergency room to get it check out
