Before the incident
TM was making trough piece for SM right. They came out of cage and was switching trough to right hand while hitting the button and turning toward right they were hit by trough.
What happened
TM was running the RH trough process 3rd quarter. After the team member loaded the assembly jig at the process the team member returned out of the cell and the completed trough piece struck the team member in the forehead.
