TM was working their process.
What happened
TM went to transfer parts into minomi rack the last hanger holding the parts did not transfer. TM continued to hold rack in place (w RH) while walking around to the inside of the rack. Tm release the rack with his RH and started to move his LH towards the parts that were hung up and push them onto line side rack. Once TM release RH rack started to come backwards and prats fell off the rack striking TM LH index finger.
