What happened

entrance and started to walk south down the sidewalk in front of the building. As employee turned at the flag poles to walk towards his vehicle a non-[REDACTED] employee got out of their car that was parked in front of the flagpole and approached the [REDACTED] employee. [REDACTED] employee started to back up to avoid the confrontation but the non [REDACTED] employee continued to approach [REDACTED] employee while garnishing a weapon. As they continued to move back North on sidewalk non-[REDACTED] employee pointed his weapon and shot [REDACTED] employee. [REDACTED] employee then turned and ran back to the employee entrance but got tackled by non employee. Non employee was on top of [REDACTED] employee that was shot. there was a bit of a scuffle until another [REDACTED] employee jumped in and try to defuse the situation. At which point other witnesses alerted [REDACTED] [REDACTED] which came to the seen outside the building. Suspect during scuffle drop his magazine for his weapon which
