What happened
Resident was incontinent of urine through his clothes and he had self transfered into his bed. Employee and a coworker sat him up when he then kicked her in the groin. After that two more coworkers came in and they attempted to hook him up to the lift when he twisted her arm and slapped me. She then left the room.
