Trading commissary carts on a turn flight

I was performing catering service duties alongside a commissary agent on an aircraft. Following completion of the service and while exiting the catering truck my left hand remained on the rear rolling door to stabilize myself on the rear platform of the truck. The other agent began closing the door before I could remove my hand from the door. My hand became caught between the door slats resulting in crushed fingers with nail breakage bruising swelling and bleeding.
