What happened
While responding emergency traffic to a cardiac arrest call at [REDACTED] he came upon a truck pulling a trailer at the intersection of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. As EE attempted to lawfully overtake the other truck it crossed into the other lane causing EE to collide with the front end. EE was forced off of the road and struck a tree.
