What happened
[REDACTED] was working in the [REDACTED] area; her and another associate were cutting shrink wrap from a pallet from opposite sides. The other associate cut the plastic entirely from their side this caused the boxes on [REDACTED] 's side to fall. In the video it appears that [REDACTED] puts her arm up to try to stop the boxes from falling due to the weight of these boxes she was unable to and started to feel pain in her arm.
