While working trailer [REDACTED] in 20 door upon removing a pallet a pallet of tires began to fall from behind the pallet that was being removed. [REDACTED] then hopped off of his forklift to go and hold the pallet up to prevent it from falling. When he took his initial step with his right legfoot as he pushed off he felt a pop in his right calf.
