What happened
I was assisting a fall risk patient to the bedside commode when the patient became unsteady. As the RN I then assisted the patient to the bedside commode with full assistance. In the process there was a pop in my right wrist followed by pain and swelling to the area. Pain and swelling present at time of this report as well.
