What happened
EE was trying to pull plugs out of wall sockets to move bed out of room. Pulled cord out of wall for help and heard screaming someone help me please. RN walked in and assisted EE and EE verbalized that her back hurt and she could not move. [REDACTED] hit staff assist and requested IMT be called. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] helped to lift and assist EE to the wheelchair that [REDACTED] brought. EE taken to EC. Per EH - Employee called EH on [REDACTED] with complaint of back pain and spasm after an injury event on [REDACTED]. Referral to NOVA for evaluation provided.
