Before the incident
Employee was placing an auger inside the galvanized tube which requires 3 sections of augers. The tube is X in diameter and the auger is X in length. The tube sits on a cart and the auger is lifted in the one side the pushed through. So the employee was installing the the auger.
What happened
Employee was pushing in the last bit of auger when it got stuck on the galvanization. The employee pushed harder and the auger broke free. Unfortunately the employees finger was in the line of fire and got pinched.
