WORKER WAS ASSEMBLING PALLET RACKING.
What happened
HE WAS ON THE TOP SHELF AND WENT TO COME DOWN TO GRAB TOOLS AS HE JUMPED TO RACK BELOW THE MESH SHELVING SLID OVER AS ALL PIECES WERE NOT IN PLACE. WHEN THE SHELVING SLID HIS FEET CAME OUT FROM UNDERNEATH HIM AND HE FELL 7 ' 1 DOWN TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR. HE LANDED ON HIS BACK AND SIDE. HE WAS IN ALOT OF PAIN AND DIDN 'T WANT TO TRY TO MOVE. HE WAS KEPT STILL UNTIL AMBULANCE CAME AND PARAMEDICS LOADED HIM INTO AMBULANCE
