What happened
TRIP AND ALMOST FELL ON THE FLOOR. I WAS RUNNING TOWARDS A PT WHO WAS COMPLAINING OF IV PAIN AND LEAKAGE. I WAS COMING OUT OF THE MED ROOM AND THE SLIP HAPPENED RIGHTINFRONT OF THE [REDACTED] KEPT CATCHING MYSELF LIKE FOUR TIMES BEFORE I COULD UP STRAIGHT AGAIN I END DROPPING EVERYTHING IN MY HANDS AS I WAS ABOUT TO HIT THE FLOOR. I HELD MY SELF BACK FROM THE FLOOR BECAUSE MY HEAD WAS ABOUT THE WALL. TO BREAK THE FALL I PUT ALOT OF PRESSURE ON MY RIGHT AND LIMPING. I HAVE INJURED MY RIGHT DUE TO TRIP.
