What happened
While cleaning an apartment on the 2nd floor the associate slipped and fell forward after stepping backward onto a wet area with no Wet Floor sign in place injuring their right knee.
Injury or illness
While performing routine cleaning duties in an apartment on the 2nd floor the associate was mopping and inadvertently walked backward over a wet area of the floor. No Wet Floor sign had been placed at the time. As the associate stepped onto the recently mopped surface they slipped and fell forward due to the slippery condition resulting in an injury to the right knee and associated pain.
