Per EE she states that she was on the [REDACTED] 9th [REDACTED] elevator landing and at the end of her shift she was picking up a trash cart cover that was on the [REDACTED] to place in the trash cart. It was heavy and was she placed it in the cart one of the lids fell on her arm and caused an abrasion. EE states that she is currently ok and that her right elbow has a scratch abrasion.
