The operator behind him did not stop his pallet jack on time and caused Mr. [REDACTED] 's ankle to get rolled on. Employee refused medical attention and spoke with METHOD adviser. He went home with self-care instructions **UPDATE** - Employee called [REDACTED] (METHOD) and asked to go to the clinic for evaluation as the pain and swelling were bothersome. Employee was seen at Concentra Post Oak. Placed on modified duty with referral to foot specialist. Appointment pending.
