What happened
IE was using a walkie rider pallet jack and claimed they were looking at pick numbers letters above when he drove through some liquid. When he jumped off the pallet jack it did not stop and his right ankle was caught between the pallet and the pallet jack. IE could not bear weight and was send to Next Level Urgent Care where x-rays revealed a fracture to the tibia. IE was placed in a walking boot and given crutches. An orthopedic appointment will be scheduled on [REDACTED]. Employee went to hospital overnight and met with Ortho. Was scheduled for surgery procedure the next day.
