What happened
[REDACTED] was found on the floor by the kitchen sink at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] by another employee who immediately called for assistance from other employees and dialed [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was found in a recumbent position: torso in RAO position with right arm behind her and left bend and by head as if she may have tried pushing herself. Unresponsive with faint irregular respirations and very faint pulse. 911 operator instructed team to roll [REDACTED] on her back to better assess breathing and perform CPR if needed. Once on her back chest was no longer rising with aspiration. AED was applied following machine instructions. Machine advised no shock and CPR was started. Police arrived within approximately one minute of CPR being started and took over emergency care.
