removing linen from cabinet

In patient room I came to pick up a clean linen from cabinet and didn 't see a panel which had been leaned against the cabinet after being detached. When I opened a door that panel tipped and fell on my right leg injured a shin bone. The panel had fallen in the bathroom and then someone stored it next to the patient dresser it was the same color and texture as the dresser panels.
