What happened
JSR Electrical Shop Employee was tasked to re-route five individual one inch 440 volt cables from the port side to the starboard side of the [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. Electrical Shop Employee disconnected the first 440 volt cable from the CAM lock placed it over his right shoulder and began pulling it for a couple of feet. In the process of pulling the cable behind him it got lodged between an opening between the [REDACTED] and the pier laydown area which caused him to jerk back abruptly and began experiencing lower back discomfort.
