Opening the swing doors to a trailer.

What happened

Employee was opening the swing doors of a trailer in the inbound yard location. As the employee opened the swing doors of the trailer a pallet of boxed robot vacuums fell from bars out of the trailer striking the employee on top of the head neck area. After the pallet struck the employee the employee fell to the ground - the employee did not mention they hit anything once falling to the ground. The employee mentioned the blacked out for a split second. After the incident the employee immediately radioed a supervisor to report. Once the supervisor arrived the employee was coherent and did not seem disabled from the event. The employee walked back inside with the supervisor carried their lunch box and walked up stairs as normal. To note: as the employee was leaving the building to go to the doctor the employee held 2 conversations with 2 different other employees.
