Before the incident
Playing with client in crash mat in the playroom
What happened
I had been playing with the client and engaging in physical play with him while he was in the crash pit and I was standing just outside of the crash pit. PT had been requesting tickles through use of the ASL gesture for more and pulling my hands down to PT. PT was seen smiling laughing and making happy vocalizations when PT stood up in the crash pit and walked towards me with open arms. When I embraced PT held onto me in a hug I felt PT mouth on my shoulder which is when PT bit down and made contact. I called the Ouch Line and notified my supervisor after the incident.
