while she was assisting a resident from the toilet with another employee (2 person assist) resident was ready to transfer resident stood up & held onto the bar & when the employee sat the resident down the resident went the wrong way so the EE and the other employee told the resident on the count of 3 were going to lift her and put her in the wheelchair right the resident locked up her entire body when the EE felt the pain to her lower back .
