What happened
Strong smell of propane in the area and employee found that the floor scrubber 's propane connection to the tank was spraying liquid propane into the tank area. While attempting to shut the frozen valve off with a pair of channel locks the fumes ignited causing a fire ball and setting the floor scrubber on fire. The fire was quickly extinguished by Maintenance personal.
