During a storage out in the warehouse 4 employees moved a piano that 's on a piano board 4 wheel dollie. When they rolled it to the truck 1 coworker holding from the top to roll into the truck and [REDACTED] along with 2 other coworkers supporting the piano while lifting from the bottom to go over the gap between the warehouse and the truck. While this went on the piano board tilted downward and fell full weight onto [REDACTED] 's right hand when he tried to lift his end of the piano board up.
