What happened
Employee was boxing parts and walked through area tripping on the banding (banding is placed on the ground and then a pallet is placed on top. Employees then connect the bands and send the box for shipment) The injured employee notably drags his feet when he walks. After he tripped on the banding he tried to stop his fall which worsened the impact by sending him further. He fell on his face and had a contusion. Employee was sent to hospital as it occurred after hours. The scan picked up a potential concern and he was referred to [REDACTED] for additional testing. He was cleared to full duty without issue after being seen by his doctor.
