The employee was lowering a pallet to the ground.

EE states he was offloading units onto a wooden pallet. Associate was replacing a pallet for the windows and went to pull a new pallet and felt a pain in the middle lower back. Employee did not report this injury until [REDACTED]. Safety was notified of the injury and first aid was given to associate. On [REDACTED] the associate was evaluated by Fit for work. The EE wanted to take the weekend to see how their back would feel by [REDACTED]. Employee came back on [REDACTED] and stated the pain was still there. EHS Manager investigated and talked with associate and set up EE with Fit for Work on [REDACTED]. Fit for Work evaluated associate and they recommended that the EE see Concentra for the back pain. The Employee was sent to Concentra and the associate went to Concentra on [REDACTED].

EE felft back pain after moving a new pallet into position.
