Cleaning their machine

Employee was cleaning the corner cleaner using an air wand and while bending down lost their footing and slipped and fell under the machine. When the employee went to stand up they hit their head on the conveyor. There was some water in the area where the employee slipped suspected from rain via a roof leak. The employee went for medical attention and was diagnosed with a bruise and concussion without loss of consciousness and given three days off work for observation.

EE sustained a contusion after striking her head on a machine as she was standing up.
