Had unloaded orders from the Andersen window truck. Moving them in on our window and door carts the doors moved forward landing on employees head and twisted his neck

Employee was bringing cart of windows doors in from unloading the Andersen window truck. While bringing the cart in the cart hit a bump in the concrete causing the doors to shift fall and land on employee 's head.
