An employee was manually loading a 4-panel door on to the corner cleaner. This lift movement requires a two people. There was a miscommunication between the team members regarding the direction the door was to be moved and flipped on the corner cleaner exit table. This caused the injured employee to rotate their left shoulder in an awkward position resulting in severe pain.
