Cleaning Up Raw Material Spill
What happened
The brewing supervisor was helping two other brewers scoop grain up with buckets from the 3rd level of grain handling after a grain spill from the bucket elevator. Currently the vacuum system does not work and the only way to clean up is to manually move buckets of grain to each level. After two hoppers were filled they felt sharp pain in their neck and lower right back. They took a break and some ibuprofen.
