She saw a puddle of what she thought was water behind the prep table she moved the table bent over to get a closer look she picked up a paper and a box that was in the puddle and realized it was oil. She went to throw the trash away and her feet slipped out from under her causing her to fall on her lower back and right shoulder hitting her head on a mop bucket.
