EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING WITH RESTRAINING A PATIENT HE WAS BEING COMBATIVE AND FIGHTING WITH [REDACTED] TWO SECURITY PERSONNEL HAD A HOLD OF EACH ARM OF THE PATIENT AND EMPLOYEE HAD AHOLD OF THE PATIENT LEGS AS WE TRIED TO PLACE THE PATIENT IN THE BED ONE OF HIS LEGS GOT OUT AND HE PUSHED ON THE BED TO STOP US FROM PLACING HIM IN BED EMPLOYEE THEN GRABBED HIM AROUND THE WAIST AND LIFTED HIM UP TO PLACE HIM IN BED AFTER EMPLOYEE GOT HIM INTO BED AND HELD HIM DOWN SO THE NURSES COULD PLACE RESTRAINTS ON THE PATIENT
