EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING OUT OF THE DRAW ROOM CABINET WAS OPEN BECAUSE [REDACTED] WAS PUTTING SUPPLIES AWAY EMPLOYEE STARTED WALKING FAST AND BUMPED HER HEAD INTO THE OPEN CABINET CORNER LOCK BRACKET ALL THE PHLEBOTOMISTS HEARD A LOUD BANG REGULAR SUPERVISOR CAME FROM THE LOUD BANG THEY WITNESS EMPLOYEES APPLIED COLD PACK ON HER HEAD EMPLOYEE FELT DIZZY AND NAUSEOUS THEY CALLED A MEDICAL EMERGENCY FOR HER TO BE TAKEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM EMPLOYEE AND COWORKER REACHED OUT TO INFORM ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND THEY SPOKE WITH THE EMPLOYEE SHE WAS DISCHARGED WITH A CONCUSSION
