PATIENT AT INTENSIVE CARE UNIT TEN WAS RESTLESS AND HAD TAKEN LOTS OF MEDS TO HELP THEM CALM DOWN THE PATIENT WAS A FALL RISK DUE TO AGE AND MEDS TAKEN PATIENT WAS CONTINUING TO TRY AND GET OUT OF BED AND WAS ABOUT TO HAVE THERE IV RIPPED OUT EMPLOYEE ASKED THE PATIENT IF EMPLOYEE COULD GIVE THEM A BOOST IN BED AND WHEN EMPLOYEE WENT TO HELP THE PATIENT STARTED TO RELENTLESSLY KICK THEM IN THE GROIN AREA AND CHEST THAT IS WHEN EMPLOYEE CALLED OUT FOR HELP AND [REDACTED] AND STAFF CAME IN TO HELP RESTRAIN THE PATIENT
