What happened
Patient is known paraplegic asked to be repositioned to be leaned over the right side as patient was leaning towards the left. I reached over the patient and pulled her towards the middle of the bed I hurt my back as I was trying to reposition her by myself. Called a colleague to help because patient needed help to lean over to have pillows positioned in a certain way for patient to be comfortable. I hurt my back while helping her lean over with another colleague.
