Setting glass into frames.

EE came to safety after safety came back from lunch. EE stated that they hurt their shoulder and it went down into their elbow. They stated that it felt weak and fatigued and that the pain level was around a 7. Safety did first aid and found that the associate had a not in his lower shoulder into their arm. Safety after first aid was able to bring the pain level down to a 6. Upon safeties investigation of questions with the supervisor and the associate. We found that there was no direct cause for the injury besides motion repetitive strain to shoulder and arm. Associate did state that it started to hurt after the beading process. Supervisor sent associate home for the night to rest the shoulder. Safety set EE up for Fit for Work to be seen the following morning.
