What happened
Associate found the feed screw drive chain was tight and needed to have the chain tension reduced. When the hardware was loosened for the motor gearbox 2 of the 4 T-head uni-strut bolts were not lined up properly and allowed the motor to fall to one side not completely unsupported. While positioning the motor to the correct position to attach the hardware the technician felt strain in their shoulder.
