What happened
Employee was drawing labs on a patient and he fainted. When he fainted she reached around his head neck to prevent him from hitting his head on the chair and falling to the floor. She continued to support his head neck upper body until he regained consciousness. When he regained consciousness he had an episode of severe shaking so she continued to support his upper body to prevent him from injuring himself. She reports swelling and pain in her right shoulder.
