[REDACTED] was running [REDACTED] #2 shortly after the start of her shift. She had the grinder running with Part # 04188 running. This is a single station grind. She said she was stopped while grinding by another operator [REDACTED] who was asking her questions. She told him to ask [REDACTED] for help if he needed it. She said she accidently hit the foot pedal to ativate the grinder and her right hand was on the fixture. The clamp came down and it plunged her hand into the grinder and she tried to use her left hand to free the other up. She yelled to [REDACTED] that she hurt herself and needed to go to the [REDACTED] he ran to the Supervisors office and got [REDACTED].
