Before the incident
Team member was working on [REDACTED] repair station 1 repairing a void when a foreign object believed to be foam went into their right eye. Team member reported this to their supervisor and tried to remove the object themselves and was not successful. They then told their supervisor they couldnt get it out of the eye on their own. so they went to the first aid kit and used the eye wash solution (the large and small bottles). When that was not successful they went to the plumbed eye wash and tried to flush. That was also unsuccessful and after those attempts the employees eye was burning. Employee was seen by a medical professional and was prescribed antibiotic eye drops.
