Engineering personnel were working on #1 window chain with guards removed. Engineer was also trying to get the bottom bread tray to lift up into position and noticed the bottom eye was out of alignment when the engineer aligned the eye up the chain was cycled and caught their hand which was positioned on the ledge of the micro loader resulting in fracture and laceration injury..
