What happened
EE states while working in the quality control area for FTL route ee was picking up some boxes of 3M vinyl when ee came up with one of the boxes ee felt a shooting pain in my lower spine area. EE reported it but kept on working thinking it would go away but through out the day it just seemed to get more stiff ended up going in to the clinic where I was told I had a lumbar sprain
