What happened
Stickers waste tape broke and migrated down the line. Operator procceded to remove excess sticker and tape from the incline rollers. Operator removed the stickers. During removal of the stickers the conveyor restarted. This caused the operators hand to be pulled into a pinch point area in a conveyor transition. The hand was pinched between the conveyor belt and the transfer roller. LOTO was not used.
