What happened
I WAS STANDING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF AN INPATIENT BED HOLDING ON TO THE SIDERAIL WITH MY LEFT HAND. WHEN I BEGAN TO STEP AWAY FROM THE BED I TRIPPED ON A BED CORD THAT WAS UNDERNEATH THE SIDERAIL STARTED TO FALL AND CAUGHT MY FINGER ON THE SIDERAIL. ITIMMEDIATELY BEGAN THROBBING WITH HORRIBLE PAIN AND IT TOOK A FEW MINUTES FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO USE MY HAND AGAIN.
