Before the incident
[REDACTED] and two other employees were loading a large sheet (78 in x 156 in) of Bronze Acrylic onto the [REDACTED] Vertical Trim Saw in the thermoformer area
What happened
[REDACTED] tried to adjust the sheet accordingly to cut it and the sheet jumped the small ledge falling edgewise on top of his left foot behind his steel toes. Due to the impact on his foot and size weight of the acrylic sheet he had significant bruising and a golf ball size hematoma on the top of his foot.
