[REDACTED] went to pop the tape loose on a box with his right hand when his hand hit the box he felt a joist hanger that was in the box on his knuckle it was bleeding for a short moment but stopped. Then it swelled up. [REDACTED] reported this to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] was going to Ice it over the weekend. [REDACTED] came to work [REDACTED] and could not move his middle finger. Sent [REDACTED] to the clinic on [REDACTED] when he arrived at work because it did not get any better over the weekend. Our clinic sent him to [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] said they need to do surgery on [REDACTED] to re-attach the Tendon
