Assisting a resident with toileting.
What happened
Employee was assisting a resident with toileting and to get back to recliner after. Resident did not like using a gait belt and requests that care staff put their arm under her armpit to guide her in standing up she has her walker in front of her. While employee 's arm was under armpit they turn make steps and then resident sits. After employee left room she started feeling pain.
